Shuttle Service
If you would like to travel between the terminals and Long Term Parking you can make use of the Courtesy Shuttles provided. These shuttles will transport you for free and they operate 24/7, 365 days a year.

Many hotels, motels, and inns offer complimentary shuttle service between the airport and their place of business; so please contact the hotel that you plan to stay at and find out if they offer this service. Spending a few minutes to do this can save you a lot of time and money in the long run.
Bus
Sun Metro provides public buses service between the airport and the downtown area. The standard fare is $1.25, making this the cheapest way to travel between these two locations. Children (6-18), students, and active military personal pay a subsidized fare of $0.75, while seniors (65+) pay $0.30. This is service is best for persons traveling light, because there are limitation on the amount of luggage you can carry with you on the bus.
Rental Car
If you would like to rent a car; head over to the baggage claim area. Here you will find counters for the following rental companies: Alamo, Avis, Budget, Dollar, Enterprise, Hertz, National, and Thrifty. Rates and vehicle selection vary by company, if you would like to make a reservation ahead of time contact anyone of the companies listed above.
Limousine & Executive Car
Limousine service is readily available and can be found by doing a quick internet search. Please keep in mind that most companies ask that you make reservations in advance.
Taxi Cab
ELP has three taxi companies (Border Cab, Sun City Cab, and United Independent Cab.) that are licensed with airport permits and it is strangely suggested that you do business with these three companies. These companies offer service 24/7, 365 days a year and you can expect to pay at least $10 to anywhere in the city; places outside of city limits will cost you more. For more information; contact anyone of the companies listed above.
Tips
Whenever you are traveling it is better to make reservations in advance; it saves time and money. Check online as well as phoning the companies, because many deals/specials can only be found online. Also ask if your hotel is partnered with any specific rental companies, as hotel and car bundles work out to be cheaper for the most part.
Remember to only ride with authorized drivers; ask to see their airport identification badge and check the vehicle to make sure it is authorized with the airport decal one the bumper.
